Marbel, the Apulian company that produces and distributes for important multi-brand kidswear – from Alviero Martini Prima Classe to Vicolo Girl, from Refrigue to GAëLLE – opens up to the online market and has chosen ZeroGrey, the international eCommerce agency with more than 20 years of experience in the sector, to do so.
Founded and developed in Puglia, Marbel has the distinction of producing 80% of its total 350,000 garments in the region's workshops. Although production is local, Marbel's gaze points to the world: "2020 was a year of great change and it made it clearer to us what we want to do in the near future: internationalise. For this reason, the first step in 2021 was to open our first online channel," said Grazia Saracino, Marketing and Communication Manager.

Among the services offered by ZeroGrey for Marbel's online channel are the implementation of the latest generation eCommerce platform, Kooomo, eCommerce management and customer service, as well as the implementation of a payment methods channel – thanks to which Marbel will be able to guarantee its users 250 alternative payment methods.
"Marbel's first step is to open up to the Italian and European market, and that is what we are doing in the coming months, but we are also ready to help them expand into new markets and new targets," says Simone De Ruosi, CEO of ZeroGrey.
Marbel is a growing multi-brand: before the pandemic, in 2019, the company's turnover was 18 million (+40% compared to 2018) and even in 2020, despite the difficulties, these numbers were confirmed. 2021 is the year for a change of pace to reach 30 million revenue in 2023. "So far we have had 80% of revenues in Italy, now it is time to open up abroad and see how far we can go. First Europe and then Russia and the Middle East," says Marbel's Grazia Saracino.
