Zerogrey E-commerce solution is structurally divided in modules: some corporate customers desire the full range of services, some others prefer using a portion of in-house functions, for instance their own warehouse to complete picking and packing and manage product availability and storage, others use only Zerogrey E-commerce engine and complete all operations on their own.

Despite the outsourcing scheme chosen at project inception, one or all sale processes could in a later stage be in-sourced back at the customer according to its needs and tactics.
